It is your responsibility to inform Backstedt Coaching of any changes to your health or personal circumstances which may affect your ability to train safely.
I understand that I am physically fit to participate in strenuous exercise.
I undertake all training sessions at my own risk and that Backstedt Coaching takes no responsibility for injuries resulting therefrom.
Backstedt Coaching will fulfil its obligation to provide training programs and feedback in accordance with the specific program and level of package chosen.
Coaching is a two-way process and commitment/responsibility is needed by yourself in providing Backstedt Coaching with in-depth feedback.
All information is personal to you and will be treated in the strictest confidence.
On occasion we would like to publicise your achievements on our website/social media: please let us know if you do not want us to do this with your details.
Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information.
We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order.
Payment Flow & Delivery Policy
Payment for memberships or subscriptions are paid for on a monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly or yearly basis via automatic charge to your credit or debit card. Upon registering you will receive immediate access to the subscription services. Payment is renewed automatically at the period agreed and set by you when registering. For online shopping or purchase of tangible products from our store, these will be dispatched within 5 days of payment received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Backstedt Coaching reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership or subscription. If Backstedt Coaching refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
Memberships or subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of registration. We reserve the right to charge for an appropriate portion of services received. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund although can be terminated through mutual agreement.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits and services will be terminated and any product received by a customer must be returned to Backstedt Coaching.
All refund requests must be made by the customer or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the customer and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all Backstedt Coaching customers unless otherwise noted in the correspondence materials.
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from Backstedt Coaching require prior authorisation. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorised by the Backstedt Coaching within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any Backstedt Coaching product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by Backstedt Coaching partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
Products which are software or downloadable from our website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
